Extraordinary General Meeting
On 14 February 2007, Aegis Group plc (‘‘Aegis’’) received once again a notice sent on behalf of Groupe Bolloré. This requires us to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting (‘‘EGM’’) to consider resolutions for the appointment of Philippe Germond and Roger Hatchuel as directors to the Aegis Board. These are exactly the same two resolutions that have now been put to a vote of Aegis shareholders by Groupe Bolloré twice in the past nine months. On each previous occasion both resolutions were comprehensively defeated.
