Two additional resolutions to be tabled at the AGM
Shortly after we finalised our Annual Report and AGM Notice for printing, and immediately following the EGM held on 4 April 2007, we received a further notice from Groupe Bolloré.This notice requires us to add two additional resolutions for the AGM proposing two nominees to the Board. Details of the two additional resolutions are printed on the opposite page. I need not remind you that these are the same resolutions that have been proposed – and comprehensively defeated – three times in the last year. This latest notice was given on the same day that the resolutions were last defeated.
