Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of Aegis Group plc will be held at 11.00 am on 23 May 2008 in the 3rd Floor Conference Suite, ABN Amro, 250 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 4AA. The Notice of Annual General Meeting, together with explanations of the resolutions to be put to the meeting, is set out on pages 4 to 9 of this document.
The meeting starts at 11.00 am. However, the doors to the meeting will be open from10.30 am and coffee will be available from that time.
