Synovate makes virtual access to the consumer’s home quicker, cheaper and easier




Focus groups have taken on a new meaning with Synovate’s interactive panels. Using our proprietary technology platform and our research expertise, brands can gain access to their consumers in their homes, over the internet or on their mobile.

We’ve been carrying out interactive panel research in countries as far afield as Bangladesh, Ukraine and Pakistan. The technology allows clients to see how and when consumers use their brands, or their competitors’; where they store them; and to film them in the process. Bulletin boards, SMS and photo-sharing work alongside webcam technology to make spending time with consumers quicker, cheaper and easier than it’s ever been.
