Appointment of New Chief Executive Officer of Carat Espaņa

Aegis Group plc announces that Jose Luis de Rojas (36) has today been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Carat España. Jose Luis previously worked as Associate Partner for Andersen Consulting. At the time of his appointment, he was the youngest partner of this company world-wide. Before that, he did a brilliant work at the Abbey National Bank, as Commercial Director and member of the Board. Jose Luis' great knowledge of Consultancy field and excellent managerial skills will be real assets for Carat Spain.
