Appointment of Board Director
Aegis Group plc ("Aegis") — the media communications and market research group — announces that, with effect from 31 December 2001, Adrian Chedore will join the Board as an executive director. Adrian is the worldwide CEO of Aegis Research, which was created in March 2001 to allow the Group to market its research capabilities on a global basis. He is also Chairman and a founder of Asia Market Intelligence ("AMI") a business acquired by Aegis in March 2000.
