Aegis Acquires French Research Agency – ARTeam

Aegis Acquires French Research Agency – ARTeam , the holding company for QCG and Socioscan.
ARTeam is a full service market research group based in Paris . The group provides both quantitative and qualitative research solutions to a number of blue chip marketers.
The purchase price is composed of an initial consideration of € 3.0 million payable in cash on completion. There is also deferred cash consideration payable over 3 years, up to a maximum of € 4.15 million, subject to rigorous performance criteria. For the year ended 30 September 2004 , ARTeam had revenues of approximately € 7.7 million.
