Aegis Acquires Thai Interactive Agency - Digithais

Aegis Group plc ("Aegis" or "Group") - the media communications and market research group - announced today that it has acquired 100% of the equity of Digithais Network Company Limited (Digithais), a leading full service interactive agency in Thailand. Digithais will become part of Isobar,Aegis'fast growing digital network.
The purchase price will be composed of a total cash consideration of up to £3.4 million, payable over four years and subject to rigorous performance criteria.
Founded in 1996, Digithais has a client roster of blue chip local and international companies including Avon Cosmetics, BMW, Bristol-Myers Squibb,Heineken, Nokia, and Philips Electronics. The agency provides clients with a broad range of integrated capabilities including web sites development,Internet marketing, content management and e-commerce.
