Acquisition of Integrator Posterscope Expands in South Africa

Aegis Group plc, the marketing services group, announces the acquisition of Integrator, the South African out-of-home business. A total cash consideration of up to approximately £5.6m will be payable over four years, subject to strict performance criteria.
Integrator has grown rapidly since it was formed in 2003. It is highly-regarded for its strategic approach and the planning tools it has developed. These have helped it win work from domestic and multi-national companies. Today, major client brands include Heineken, Johnnie Walker and Sanlam. Integrator will become part of Posterscope, Aegis's leading out-of-home business.
