Posterscope USA Launched

Aegis Group plc, the marketing services group, today announces the creation of a new US full service Out of Home communications agency, Posterscope USA. The launch brings to the US market the dominant global brand in Out of Home communications, Posterscope Worldwide - the world’s leading Out of Home communications agency with over two billion dollars in billings in 2005.
The Out of Home (OOH) medium is now one of the fastest growing media platforms in the US, and this growth is occurring across all major markets. Developments in technology, improvements in quality, and high levels of investment in research and effectiveness have ensured that OOH is a dynamic and attractive option for advertisers.

Posterscope USA will build upon the success of Outdoor Vision, the group’s leading OOH specialist in the US market, and all Outdoor Vision offices have been rebranded Posterscope USA effective immediately. Posterscope USA will offer the most comprehensive suite of product services in the OOH communications sector. These services will range from strategic planning and buying to creative consultation and production. All services will be tracked and coordinated using state-of-the-art stewardship and auditing tools created specifically to meet and exceed the demands of the ever-changing OOH industry.
Posterscope USA will also add several new divisions, including a dedicated creative services group; an innovative digital solutions unit; the introduction of Hyperspace USA, which is charged with creation and cultivation of new and engaging forms of OOH advertising; a research division focused on improving measurement and accountability systems; and a group with expanded multicultural OOH expertise. This announcement comes at a time when OOH communications are evolving from their traditional focus on billboards and outdoor signage to encapsulate important new technical advances, including such cutting-edge techniques as Bluetooth wireless communications. All of this greatly expands the opportunities to influence consumers throughout their day.
