Appointment of Mainardo de Nardis as Chief Executive Officer of Aegis Media

Aegis Group plc announces the appointment of Mainardo de Nardis as chief executive officer of Aegis Media and as a director of Aegis Group plc. This appointment was first announced on 21 October 2005 and becomes effective from today.
Robert Lerwill, CEO of Aegis Group plc, said:
“We’re delighted to have Mainardo on board. He’s been in our industry for 25 years, and in that time has built and run successful media communications businesses all around the world. He shares our strong belief in the unique attributes and position of Aegis Media, and I am sure he will play a major role in our continuing success.”
