Results of AGM: Amendment
05 June 2007
Further to the AGM results announcement on 25 May 2007, Aegis Group plc (“Aegis”), the media communications and marketing services group, has been notified of an error on the part of its registrars in their counting of votes on two resolutions put to the AGM.
As a result of this, the votes against Resolutions 14 and 15 were overstated by approximately 26m shares in each case. This error did not alter either the outcome of the voting or the fact that 95% of independent shareholders opposed both these resolutions.
The corrected voting figures are given below:| For | Against | Withheld | Result | |
| 14 | 359,006,670 42.3% |
