Aegis Appoints Nigel Roberts as Director of Corporate Finance

Aegis Group plc (“Aegis”) announces that it has appointed Nigel Roberts as director of corporate finance.
Roberts, 45, joins Aegis with 20 years’ experience of finance operations, the vast majority spent in treasury roles. Prior to his current role as director of corporate finance for MyTravel Group plc, he spent 10 years in treasury in quoted TMT businesses: as group treasurer at ntl; as treasurer of Cable & Wireless Communications; and as deputy general manager, treasury at Cable & Wireless. Roberts has also held treasury positions at BET, WPP and Sedgwick Group.
Commenting on the appointment, Alicja Lesniak, Aegis’s Chief Financial Officer, said:
