New Role of Aegis Media CIO Filled by David Bulman

Aegis Media announces the appointment of David Bulman to the newly created role of chief information officer.
Bulman, 42, has spent the past decade in senior technology strategy and operations positions, with extensive experience of online services, data management and digital operations in both media owner and agency roles.
Bulman joins Aegis Media from News International, where he was digital operations and technology director, responsible for all website operations across the full News International portfolio of titles. He had previously been chief operating officer of News International subsidiary, Broadstream, which delivers technology, telelphony and interactive services.
Priorto News International, Bulman spent five years at Y&R/Wunderman in a variety of senior technology roles, including managing partner, digital services. He was responsible for client-facing and internal technology solutions for Wunderman across Europe, and also acted as a client advisor on marketing and advertising technology issues.
