Synovate Investor Seminar

Aegis Group plc is holding an investor seminar on Synovate today.
Synovate is a global market research business, with a presence in 52 countries, and a strong track record of market outperformance. Synovate doubled revenue to £401.2m and trebled operating profit to £30.8m between 2002 and 2006. It has delivered above market organic revenue growth each year since 2004, achieving organic revenue growth of 9.3% in the first half of 2007.
The seminar will cover the 3’i’s - international, integrated and innovative - which underpin Synovate’s successful strategy and execution:
International
- Synovate’s cultural advantages, as a young company, borderless in structure and behaviour;
- revenue growth from major clients above the Synovate average through a successful global client relationships programme.
Integrated
- SmartWork initiative to reduce cost in all areas of the business, including operational excellence and transparent pricing, supported by a new global software platform.
Innovative
- innovation in product development, structure and processes;
- syndicated services, which have gone from 3% to 9% of Synovate’s revenue in the three years to 2006;
- investment in new products such as Brand Value Creator (BVC), the world’s most accurate sales prediction tool.
