Aegis Broadens Offer in France with Acquisition of Implicom

Aegis Group plc (“Aegis”) today announces the acquisition of Implicom, a sales promotion and direct marketing specialist in France. Implicom has gross assets of €3.2m.
Implicom was founded in 1992, and has an excellent reputation today, serving a strong base of blue-chip clients. It will be highly complementary to Aegis Media’s existing online and offline business in France.
