Synovate acquires Research Solutions in New Zealand

Aegis Group plc (“Aegis”) today announces the acquisition of Research Solutions, an independent full-service research agency in New Zealand. Research Solutions has gross assets of £0.45m.
Research Solutions was founded in 1992. Since then it has won
more Market Research Effectiveness Awards than any other company in
New Zealand. Based in Auckland, Research Solutions will complement
Synovate’s recently opened Wellington office. Following the
acquisition, Synovate will provide a full-service offering in New
Zealand.
Commenting on the acquisition, Robert Lerwill, ceo of Aegis,
