Aegis Media Expands US Event Marketing Offer with Acquisition of Vivid Marketing

Aegis Group plc ("Aegis"), the media communications and marketing services group, today announces that it has acquired Vivid Marketing Inc. ("Vivid").
Vivid has gross assets of £2m.
Founded in 1998 and head-quartered in Smyrna, Georgia, Vivid Marketing is a full service event and experiential marketing agency providing customised event marketing and field execution services across the US. Its services include mobile marketing activation, on-site promotions, branded product sampling, new product launches, consumer retail displays, and entertainment marketing services.
Aegis is already well-established in the US with agencies that complement Vivid Marketing's offering such as Velocity Sports & Entertainment, a leading sports and entertainment lifestyle marketing agency. The acquisition of Vivid Marketing is highly complementary to Velocity.
