2008 Annual Report and Accounts

Aegis Group plc, the marketing communications group, announces that it has posted its 2008 Annual Report and Accounts and circular giving notice of this year’s annual general meeting to its shareholders. The annual general meeting will be held on 22 May 2009.
The documents are available on Aegis’s website (www.aegisgroupplc.com). They have also been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and are available for inspection at their Document Viewing Facility, which is at The Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
